Condolence: Mrs. Grube, I am so sorry to hear of Karl's passing. My sincere condolences to you and your family. I fondly remember Karl as a volunteer with the Michigan Theater for all of those years that I coordinated volunteers. He was an enthusiastic volunteer for any event when I called, especially for the Casino events. He loved to discuss his games that he was developing. He was always so kind. Prayers for you and your family.

Condolence: Our deepest sympathy for you Susan for losing your partner in life and to both Kathryn and Ken for the loss of your father. Nothing ever prepares us. Karl was always an interesting person to have a conversation with as he was informed and definitely had an opinion on any topic brought up! Always brought some Mackinac fudge for us ladies on his first trip up to his cabin on Batchawana Bay. Will miss that little ritual....Ben and I were looking forward to seeing him again when we returned this fall to Sebastian. We will miss him.

Condolence: My sincere condolences to the Grube family. I taught with Karl my first year at Webber Jr. In Saginaw. He was a wealth of knowledge and definitely thought outside the box. I also rented a house from him and lived next door to him until Karl moved to Ann Arbor. His obituary column shows what a brilliant man he was. It was a pleasure to have known him.
