Genevieve "Genny" Amber Cousins-Goodfellow, age 40, passed away holding tightly to her loving mother's hand on Sunday December 2, 2017 in Vero Beach, Florida. Genevieve was born November 14, 1977 in West Palm Beach and Graduated from Palm Beach Gardens Dwyer High School in 1996. She dedicated herself to Jehovah and was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1997 at the age of 19. In 1998 she married Joshua Goodfellow and gave birth to her son Jonah Harrison Goodfellow in 2004. She was a devoted full time mother. Genevieve had tremendous artistic talent and enjoyed spending afternoons cooking in her kitchen whipping up delicious meals to share with her loved ones. She had a natural sweetness and a warm smile that she shared with the world right up until her final moments. She will be remembered as a bright, shining light to all who knew and loved her. Despite having to overcome many recent hardships, especially her failing health, she remained steadfast in her faith and her love for her family throughout her life. Genevieve is survived by her son, Jonah Goodfellow 13, and her mother Cindy Cousins, and predeceased by her father, Howard Cousins. Survived also by her grandparents Lemuel and Crystal Marie Cousins of North Carolina. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 8, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. at Seawinds Funeral Home, 735 South Fleming Street, Sebastian, FL.
