Obituary for Roseann Langin

Roseann  Langin
Roseann M. (Eichman) Langin, 76 of Sebastian, FL, formerly of Morris, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, August, 17, 2016 at the VNA Hospice House of Vero Beach after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank N. Langin.

Roseann was born in Waterbury on May 28, 1940. She was the daughter of the late Sophie (Polakowski) and Percy Gordon. She attended Leavenworth High School. Roseann had many jobs in her lifetime such as Islee Screw Mfg. and Risdon Mfg. She also sold Avon for many years but her most important job was that of being a wife and mom.

Roseann was known for her fun loving spirit. She loved going out to dinner, listening to 50’s music and socializing with her many friends. She also loved gardening, shopping with her daughter, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son Frank Eichman and his wife Diane of Thomaston. Her daughter Beth Aleksinas and her husband Chuck of Morris and her daughter Michelle Slapikas and her husband Steve of Sebastian, FL. Her brothers Phil Eichman and his wife Rita of Micco, FL., Richard Gordon of Waterbury. Her sisters Janice Ash of Northfield and Patricia Laliberte of South Carolina.

She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Danielle and Chad Eichman, CJ Aleksinas, Brittany and Nicholas Laferriere and Jake, Zack, Madison and Devin Slapikas.

Roseann also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was predeceased by her brothers, Frederick and Raymond Eichman and Francis Gordon.

A Funeral will be held Monday, August 29, 2016 at 10:30 am at Our Lady of Grace Church in Bantam, CT. No calling hours.
