Obituary for Hazel Warner

Hazel Lorena Haynes Warner, of Micco, FL, formally of Dunbar, WV, passed away on Wednesday evening, August 16, 2017 at Sebastian River Medical Center. She was born January 27, 1936.

Hazel was preceded in death by her parents, Woodson C. Haynes and Ruth Irene Bragg Haynes; and son, Bemis Lowell Baldwin.

Hazel worked in the dental field as a Dental Assistant for over 25 years. Her hobbies included crafts, square dancing, clogging, and solving and working on puzzles. She enjoyed traveling, home decorating, cake decorating, and helping people in their time of need. Hazel loved Daytona Beach and the ocean; she loved working on the beach collecting sea shells. She was a active member of the Roseland United Methodist Church, she was also PTA President for several years. Hazel volunteered her time at Nursing Homes and Hospitals.

She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Bill Warner; daughter, Lovealee Ann Baldwin; sister, Ernestine L. Boggess; brother, Ernest L. Haynes; grandsons, Shaffin Baldwin, B.J. Baldwin; granddaughter, Nicole Baldwin along with 10 other grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Hazel’s life by gathering for a Memorial Service at Roseland United Methodist Church, 12962 Roseland Road, Sebastian, FL 32958, on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 10:00am with Pastor Linda Tice officiating. Burial will be held at a later date in WV.
